nternational Readers Society of Poet Bashir Badr is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. Founded in 2010; it is an undertake to divulge the riches of Bashir Badr’s written work.
IRSPBB dedicates its efforts in promotion of Urdu Poet Bashir’s commended work to the general readers; it has been involved in conducting public program and translating his work into various other languages. The objective of the society is bringing forth Poet Badr’s Ghazals and Poems into to the reach of poet lovers and acquires a larger readership.
Since from 2004, founder and chairman of the society Mr. Nilesh Neel has spent enough research on data related to Dr. Bashir Badr. Mr. Neel has spent time to travel and collect literature, information photographs, and interviews to contribute to the website of Dr. Bashir Badr.
The Organization was registered as an International organization in the year 2010, one of its only kinds to register with the name “International”
IRSPBB Setup
The organization is done with completing the Phase 1 of the www.bashirbadr.com, which includes lots of information about Dr. Bashir Badr, basic user interaction functionalities.
History of Inception
The first prototype of the website was completed in the year 2005.

r. Nilesh Neel, The Founder and Chairman of IRSPBB started this organization in the year 2004 with the focus to create a website on Dr. Bashir Badr’s work, and produce a documentary on Poet’s life and finally on 2010 IRSPBB got incorporated certificate under section 25.
Mrs. Alpana Neel an Oxford scholar, joined IRSPBB as a Director & CEO to run its administrative activities followed by
Mr. Sudhir Sehgal as COO to oversea overall operations, Marketing and PR.

rom then the web development of www.bashirbadr.com has gone through several iterations and brain-storming to achieve a professional looking interface/functionality and to produce content of reader’s interest, which includes exclusive interviews of celebrities, fans along with digitizing the unpublished book “
Green Book” which was later named as “
Authentic Dreams” by Dr. Bashir Badr.
IRSPBB has made several outsourcing to accomplish the portal related jobs to different freelancers such as typeset of content in Hind, English and Urdu language. Content Witting etc. Mr. Iqbal Masood (Retd. Joint Secretary) is leading these projects as Editor-In-Chief.
IRSPBB is headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra INDIA. We are currently a nonprofit registered company; physical locations or facilities have not been purchased or rented.
