IRSPBB incorporated in year 2010. Registered under the Section 25 Companies, the reason IRSPBB advocating this name for the company is for the fact that under Bombay Public Trust Act, registration of IRSPBB is not possible as the word “INTERNATIONAL”. Due to the powers that be practiced by the charity commissioner. However the same name can be registered under Section 25 of the companies Act 1956.

“International” title is vital to the name of the organization so as to undertake promotion, organization, presentation, preservation, practice, facilitation, creation of interest, development, conduction of programs, events, competitions, meets of classical, semi classical and contemporary exhibits, modern, western, fusion and various forms of literature, art, theatre and drama, poetry, Dohas, Ghazals, Shairy, books, novels, stories, music, languages, paintings, dances and to promote especially literary works and Ghazals of Urdu poet Bashir Badr and his Gharana.

According to section 25(1)(a) and (b) of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, a section-25 company can be established ‘for promoting commerce, art, science, religion, charity or any other useful object’, provided the profits, if any, or other income is applied for promoting only the objects of the company and no dividend is paid to its members.

• NOC to Mr. Nilesh Neel and Alpana Neel in favor to form Section 25 companies to be registered under the companies Act 1956 to promote literature in his name Bashir Badr.
• Agreement for rights of Dr. Bashir Badr’s content publishing between Dr. Bashir Badr and founder chairman Mr. Nilesh Neel of IRSPBB. (Rights for all his poetic work and exclusively copyrights to the IRSPBB.) In witness of:

  • Iqbal Masood (Joint Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Urdu Academy, Bhopal)

IRSPBB to bring 6 volumes of Bashir Badr. The complete work to be called Encyclopedia of Bashir Badr, which contains 18,000 (Eighteen thousand) shaers of his. Sign the agreement between Pen to Print Solutions Limited, UK (PtoP) and IRSPBB under which books shall be published exclusively by PtoP. PtoP is a UK based Publishing company established to publish books based on Asian Content. PtoP not only does traditional book publishing but has invested large percentage of their capital in next generation Mobile and internet publishing. Company is headed by Mrs. Kavita Sehgal and marketed by Mrs. Jyoti Vijayvergia.
