Nilesh Neel is one truth of Bashir Badr’s shayari, who has consistently worked for 7 years and finally has created a web-portal of Bashir Badr. 12th April 2011 is a big day for Bashir Badr, Nilesh Neel and all Gahazal fans as this day marks the launch of portal and the encyclopedia of Bashir Badr.
